Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your stuck-board report: your issue category, days stuck, state (optional), carrier type, whether you filed an OIG complaint, and whether you're interested in collective action. These reports are anonymous — we do not ask for your name, USDOT number, or business identity.
• Email address (optional): only if you choose to provide it — so we can notify you when FMCSA confirms a fix for your issue, and, only if you check the box, to send you occasional updates from HaulClaim.
• A small browser counter: we store one value in your browser (localStorage) to limit submissions to two per day. It never leaves your device and holds no personal information.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.

How we use your information

• To show aggregate, anonymous counts and statistics (total carriers reporting stuck, total days waited, breakdown by issue). Individual reports are never displayed with identifying details.
• To email you a fix alert for your issue, if you gave us an email.
• To send marketing email from HaulClaim — only if you affirmatively opted in.

Marketing email

If you check the marketing box, HaulClaim may send you occasional email about detention-pay recovery and MOTUS news. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing & storage

We do not sell your information. Submissions are stored in our database provider (Supabase) with access controls; email addresses are never publicly readable. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Site. HaulClaim operates both the Site and its detention-pay recovery service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time. To request access to, or deletion of, an email address you've given us, contact privacy@haulclaim.com.
